Watch was in perfect condition, and is an amazing device
First, a note about the seller – received the watch overnight and it arrived in PERFECT a condition, with no scratches or imperfections. Watch functions exactly as it should, and seller even included the real Samsung wireless chargerâ¦if you have ever purchased refurbs before, they generally incl a generic charger, which I always have to spend money to replaceâ¦overall a very impressive buying experienceSecond, the watch is amazing. Finally Samsung has made battery life less than awful, which has always plagued their previous models, all of which I own. It does anything and everything, and I am thoroughly pleased with its features, functionality, and performance. I had considered the model 6 but battery life seems to have returned to awful, and idc about a physical rotating bezel, so I went with the 5 pro. If you think you need the physical bezel, consider how many times in the past you have used it. On my GW4 classic, it looks nice, but I rarely used itI recommend this watch very highly if you want a high quality device at a low price

Great refurb!
Like many others, I got the watch refurbished to save half off the sticker, which is still pricey for a last gen model. I figured since Amazon was fulfilling the order, it would be easier and safer to replace a defective one if I got unlucky (as I have been burned before and am very wary of renewed products).It’s been about a week and to be honest I was expecting glitches, but none have yet to be found! The refurbishing partner clearly knows what they’re doing in fixing up their tech. The original seller listed for my purchase was Chubbiestech.The only thing to be aware of is that there is clear evidence that this is an opened and refurbished product – adhesive remnants around the face edge and some scuff marks around the ring were the first things I noticed upon opening the package. That being said, these were very minor blemishes that I ended up covering anyway with a watch case. The screen itself is completely clear of any scratches or marks, and so far responds to touch very well.The operating system seems to respond at a fair speed. Not having owned a brand new version of this same watch, I can’t say much more than this. By general “feeling” of OS responsiveness, this watch could maybe be smoother as it sometimes hesitates or stutters between changing screens. However, it could very well be the limitation of Samsung’s OS itself and not anything to do with the refurbishment.Battery life has also been fair – the watch would last me about 72 hours as a moderate user (daily exercise, step count, HR monitor every 10 minutes, overnight for sleep tracking). Heavier use (music, phone calls) brings down the battery a lot faster as to be expected, but I see it lasting at minimum 24 hours without charge. Charging takes about 20 minutes to juice up ~30%, so I can expect a full charge in 1 hour as long as the watch isn’t dead. I did not receive a Samsung charger, but the unbranded one works just as well.Overall, super happy about this purchase, and even happier for getting it basically half off the market price for a brand new one!

Absolutely love this watch and for the price it is a steal. Great battery life almost too long. I often forget to charge it. Works flawless with my ultra and is 1000x better built than the fossil.(gone through 2 of those due to crappy quality)

Great watch and perfect condition but……
I love the watch and being in excellent condition, no scratches on the face or the frame. Now my biggest gripe and this has happened before just recently, the items included in the add states band, charger, users guide and of course the watch. Well guess what and again this is the second time NO CHARGER, no power brick!!!!! I don’t care that the quick start guide was not included (called google search) BUT does matter not including the charger, even if they supply the generic one. Having to delay getting it set up til you have to run out to local store and buy something that is stated to be included really gets under my skin. Amazon, you need bring these refurbish houses in line and follow your guidelines for included items

I bought this for a birthday gift for my husband. This was his 1st smart watch. It was a great deal, and he absolutely loves it. The watch was in perfect condition and scratch free. The magnetic band takes a little getting used to, because sometimes it will pop open if he bumps it on something. But, we definitely recommend the purchase.

no complaints, incredible battery life
Purchased this to replace a GW4 that stopped monitoring (still worked otherwise). After reading the reviews decided to go with the GW7Pro due to the reported battery life and am so incredibly happy I did. Seriously I could not ask for anything more. While it doesn’t do blood pressures (that would have been nice) the battery life more than makes up for it (only down to 85% after wearing for 24 hours). Highly recommend getting the 45mm size GW7Pro while they are still available if you are looking for an upgrade.

Al leer reseñas de este producto no sabÃa si tendrÃa varios rasguños o golpes y afortunadamente el mÃo solo tuvo uno al costado y un pequeño rayón en la parte de abajo (sensor) y de ahà en fuera todo perfecto, la correa no se si es original pero funciona muy bien, no se desabrocha nunca y el cargador genérico pero carga muy bien y rápido. Recomiendo mucho este producto, dirÃa que la estetica estaba de 9.8, la verdad resultó mejor de lo que esperaba. La baterÃa funciona perfectamente, me dura mÃnimo dos dÃas, máximo 3 dÃas enteros.

Está perfecto, al ser Renewed no viene en su caja original, sin embargo el que me llegó estaba en perfectas condiciones, ni un solo rayón o defecto visible. Viene con un cargador genérico. Por algunas recomendaciones que leà he preferido no sumergirlo en agua por si no quedó perfectamente sellado luego de haber sido renovado. La pila me dura bastante

Recién compre mi reloj y tenia la esperanza que me llegara en empaque original pero no fue asÃ. La baterÃa le dura un dÃa y medio utilizando todas las funciones.Estéticamente esta casi implacable solo por ese pequeño golpe en el marco (fotos) qué no afecta para nada su funcionamiento, me parece un precio justo por un producto excelente.
