Great Tablet
This is my 2nd POWMUS 14″ tablet. I was a brand that I had never heard of before, but I decided it was worth trying. I am glad I did. I find myself using this unit more and more, rather than my laptop. The screen has a semigloss surface which cuts down on glare and reflections making it easy to view in full sunshine or in a darkened room. Images are bright and vibrant making it ideal for viewing photos (I have my google photos set as a screen saver). It is also great for viewing videos with no lag, jitters or audio dropouts. Streaming from Netflix and other streaming services works perfectly.Connection to a Bluetooth mouse and keyboard makes the tablet even more productive. It handles word processing and spreadsheets (Word and Excel) with no problems. I find myself using the tablet for many tasks I used to use my laptop for since it is much more portable. The battery lasts longer than I had anticipated. These units come complete with a case that not only protects the unit, but it also functions as a stand. This works great for use with a Bluetooth keyboard and mouse but especially for video calls. Even video calls to family in England and New Zealand show no lag, jitters or audio glitches. The storage capacity can be increased by adding an SD card. I have a 1Tb SD card in units. That makes it easy to transfer photos, videos and documents to my laptop. The SD card tray also has space for a sim card, but I have not tried that yet.The unit is a little heavy because of the large screen, but not as heavy as a laptop of the same size. It has a good solid feel and does not flex. This is a great tablet

A fantastic value!
This tablet is huge. HUGE. When I first picked up the package I was thinking it was more like the weight of a laptop. It’s solid. It would break my foot if it fell on me.Things I like:… SO MUCH SCREEN REAL ESTATE! The display is bright and crisp, great for pretty much any use. Even at 50% brightness it’s totally readable. With a screen this big, using Android’s split screen is actually a pleasant experience…. Long battery life. I can’t say how long it will go without a charge, but with a screen this size, the battery capacity is appropriate. At 100% brightness, it will put that capacity to the test!… Android 14 right out of the gate. It’s not often I come across a no/new name device like this that is already on the current release of the Android OS. This is a nice touch…. Gobs of memory. The specs are a little confusing with the “12+24” detail. Ultimately, this device has 12GB of physical RAM and can be configured to set aside another 24GB of swap memory, which uses the storage. It’s a little deceiving, but at 12GB – more than any other Android device I’ve ever seen – who cares! I disabled the “virtual memory”, because 12GB!… Fast and responsive. I couldn’t detect ANY lag opening apps, switching screens, or watching videos full res. I don’t do any gaming really, but with this beast I might just start…. Comes with a case. This thing absolutely needs a case because the odds of it getting dropped due to the weight are considerable. Will the case be sufficient protection if it drops? I hope never to test that…. Price. OK, so this thing is not cheap, but if you were to try to find a device like this with similar specs, you would pay easily twice and possibly 3 times what they’re asking.Other thoughts…… I did not test the camera, which, at 13 megapixels is not exactly impressive, but I would not expect someone who was interested in getting a tablet like this to balk because of this…. I don’t even know if any tablets on the market come with fingerprint readers, but that is really the only thing I could think of that would have been nice to have. This is pure quibble though. For the money, this tablet is stupendous. With these specs, I expect it to be up to whatever task I throw at it for the foreseeable future.

POOR WIFI RECEPTION
I purchased this tablet in order to take with me when I travel so I can stream content via wifi using my Iphone as a hot spot. I am extremely disappointed with the performance of this device because it won’t connect to my phone hotspot. The device “sees” my Iphone but is unable to obtain an ip address. I also have a T-mobile tower in my house and this device will not connect to this device. I have household internet using traditional routers and the device works perfectly. The device boots up quickly and is very fast. I gave a poor rating because I am unable to stream content using my Iphone which was the primary purpose for purchase this tablet. For the price, I would expect this tablet to be “perfect”. Unfortunately, I discarded the packaging after first setting it up because it appeared to work great on my household wifi otherwise I would return this tablet. I do not recommend this tablet.

Overall this tablet meets my expectations
Large size is great for viewing. Performance out of the box is impressive, I hope it stays that way. Android auto-rotate doesn’t always rotate when required, I’m looking for a user fix before requsting vendor support. Overall this tablet meets my expectations.

So I bought this to replace an extremely old Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 (12yrs old) because the battery was dead, and boy am I ever happy.First off – I’ve seen reviews where people indicate that encryption/decryption using cheaper tablets is slow, affecting boot times and password management apps. Not so on this device. Boot up takes approx 20 seconds and BitWarden password manager is just as fast on this tablet as it is on my new Cellphone and AMD Ryzen 9 Desktop computer. The Unisoc T606 processor is a delight compared to my old tablet. Sorry I can’t compare it to anything newer. But at this price point, this CPU was nearly the best of the field. (where you could actually find out which CPU was installed – most just say Octacore – like they’re all the same – thank you POWMUS for realizing that information is important)Second – I don’t do gaming. I play solitare, mahjong and jigsaw puzzles – so I can’t help with how this device will play active display games. I do watch a lot of movies when travelling and the 3 movies I tested all displayed perfectly. And music is usally played via my phone or desktop computer – so while I tested music on this, it’s not of significant importance to me.I also installed the DevCheck app on the device and can confirm, that at the time of this writing (Oct 12, 2023) the specs reported on Amazon are accurate.Pros:- lighter than old tablet (434 grams vs 578)- large battery – which lasted very long for my first day of use – which included transfering 32GB of music to the device via WIFI, doing jigsaw puzzles for 5-6hrs, and watching a movie.- small foot print for 10″ tablet- touchscreen is responsive. (and I usually have trouble with touchscreens not working with my skin)- plays all my movie types (M4V, MP4 & MKV)- supports all my current Apps from the play store (and a few Automotive apps that aren’t on the playstore)- battery was at 90% when it arrived, so I could start using it immediately- No Bloatware – only Apps installed are the default Google Android Apps – very nice- display is bright and seems responsive playing movies- everything listed as included was in the box- well packaged and protected for transitNeutral:- sound is okay via speakers- sound via my Sony WH1000XM3 headphones is good – but not as good as from my desktop – but for movies – explosions and bass still rattle my teeth.- Wifi speed as expected for 5Ghz but Wifi 6 would have been nice – but at this pricepoint I didn’t see any wifi 6- case is okay – but I’m not a case kinda guy – so I can’t really compare it to anything- 15% to 100% battery charge took 2.5hrs. I have no frame of reference – so marking this as neutral – seems reasonable to me with a 12W charger. Same charger on my 5000mah ph took 1.5 hrs for a similar charging session.Cons:- camera lens sticks out and unless you use the case, the device doesn’t sit flat on the desktop – this is a pet peeve for me, but since it seems to be standard now days, I didn’t take off a star – my new Samsung phone is the same and so were most of the other tablets I checked – and the iphone and google pixel…- display has reflection issues – but I’ve yet to see a tablet where this isn’t an issue – so again – no star removedI didn’t check the camera. I don’t use tablets for taking pictures – they’re just too big and bulky.I don’t know if this device will get an upgrade to Android 13 – I hope so, but since I was using an Android 4 device for 12 years, I think I’ll survive.I looked at some of the Android 13 tablets, but none came close to this device for pricepoint and features – and most didn’t report the actual make and model of the CPU – which for me is a deal breaker.Bottom line. Seriously happy with my purchase!

I bought this Tablet to be a supplemental device for playing games, reading, and creating video/photo content. I already have a computer/laptop/phone so I didn’t want to spend a lot of money but I still wanted something good, and so far this Tablet is hitting all of the marks. Its construction is metal, but it’s not heavy. It’s lightweight but it still feels very sturdy. The finish is beautiful, and the size is just right for my needs. Setting it up was a breeze, and the functionality is very straight-forward. So far I’ve used it to browse the internet, do some work on various Google Drive apps (Sheets, Docs, Slides), and of course play some games like Teamfight Tactics. The screen and image quality is superb and crisp.Battery life seems strong off the bat. Obviously it started to drain when I was playing games, but that’s to be expected. I was still able to play for a number of hours without having to plug it in.I haven’t yet tested the video and photo quality, which I will be doing soon as the 13 megapixel camera was one of the selling points for me.Overall, VERY happy with this purchase and for the price point, absolutely recommend it!

Tablette super fonctionnelle.

Good tablet, been using it for a few months, still fast as day one, but battery life degrades drastically over time
